I love running 🏃 and dancing 💃. I am active. I have knee issue. How many of you have the same problem like me minus the ‘I love running’ part? I know, many dislike running. Well, knee pain is a very common inconvenience experienced by many. Not just the elderly but as well as young adults and children.


What are the common causes of knee pain? Fractures, ligament injuries, meniscus injuries, dislocation of the knee joint and stiffness in the joint due to arthritis, lupus and other chronic ailments. Or it could simply due to weakening bone structure, wear & tear, degeneration. If you are experiencing knee pain, always consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. It’s your mobility we are talking about ☝🏻. You don’t want to risk that.


For mild to moderate pain caused by overuse, aging and arthritis, you may try the ginger remedies. Due to it’s anti-inflammatory nature, ginger can effectively alleviate pain as well as reduce swelling, if any. Just boil a piece of crushed ginger in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Strain and add a little honey & lemon juice. Drink two to three cups of this concoction a day until the pain is gone.


Alternatively you can just dissolved 1-2 teaspoon of our pure ginger powder in cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes, add honey & lemon juice before consumption.


Don’t stop what you love doing because of the pain. Let ginger help you doing the things you love doing.
