What's with Ginger + Lemon?

Lemon + Ginger = Fat burner
A glass of hot ginger lemon water in the morning is great for burning fat especially around the belly for a flatter tummy. Both ginger and lemon have anti-inflammatory properties that prevent inflammations and enhance the activity of the liver that helps in shedding those extra pounds.
Lemon
Rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants with acidity promoting good digestion and protects liver. It's diuretic properties which is detoxifying also promotes burning of fat.
Ginger
A long tradition in healing arts, perfect for reducing inflammation, improve digestion, reducing cholesterol and of course burning fat too. Some use it to specifically target belly fat to have a flatter abdomen.
But still, there is no miracle/magic in 'losing weight'. Daily habits still need to be changed to compliment the Lemon + Ginger concoction for effectiveness - get active, move more, be more selective of your food choices, 'eat consciously'.
