Terms & Conditions

By accessing of or purchase any product on Threeleafs.com, you agree to be legally bound by and abide to these Terms & Conditions listed below.

 

Price of the Goods

Every effort has been made to ensure that prices and product details are correct at time of publishing this website. We reserve the right to make product changes, price changes and improvements during the validity period of the website. Prices of products displayed are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). 

 

Availability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure all products are in stock.  However, we cannot predict certain out-of-stock conditions that may occur due to unexpected inventory demands, raw material shortages, etc.  Should an item is out of stock, you will be notified for next course of action; replacement of product or refund.

 

Payment

Threeleafs.com only accepts payment via online bank transfer / Touch & Go / PAYPAL (outside of Malaysia). Delivery process will commence once payment has been validated. 

 

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are determined by total purchase value, weight and destination. 

  1. Peninsular Malaysia: RM10.  All orders will be delivered via courier services.

  2. East Malaysia: RM15.  All orders will be delivered via courier services.

Delivery Schedule

Malaysia: All orders received by Threeleafs.com, upon validation of payment, will be immediately processed for delivery.  Courier pick up is scheduled for every Monday & Wednesday.  Please allow 1-3 working days for products to arrive at destinations (Working days: Monday to Friday).  Delays in delivery may occur due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.

Delivery address cannot be changed/modified once order’s transaction has been approved.  We will deliver order to the delivery address specified in the online order form; hence, in the event of any unsuccessful delivery due to either absence in receiving or wrong incomplete delivery address, we will not be held responsible or bear any cost to re-route or to re-deliver parcel.  It is therefore important to ensure delivery address correctly filled in the form.  We will also not be held responsible to refund full payment of order after paid or replace products if missing during the re-routing or re-delivery process due to wrong or incomplete delivery address given.

International Purchases (Customer from out of Malaysia)

For customer from other part of the world (out of Malaysia), kindly email us at gladys@threeleafs.com, the products you wish to purchase and we will revert to you with a quotation complete with shipping fees as quoted by DHL/FedEx/PosLaju (International) according to the country where you reside.

 

Shipping fees are determined by box dimension, weight and destination.  Custom policies vary from country to country which is beyond our control.  We will not be held liable and/or responsible to refund after full payment of any order once paid IF items were held up by Customs at destination.  It is advisable to check with your local Customs on importation rules & regulations before placing an order.  All import duties, taxes and / or customs charges will be borne by you, IF applicable.​
